Reporting Toolbox - Contact Center Reporting

Web Based Solutions for the SMB

sampleReporting Toolbox is in the midst of expanding our focus beyond call center reporting and into general Reporting, Analytics, and CRM for the Small to Medium Size Business (SMB). Why the shift in focus? The mass exodus from large infrastructure investments to web based Reporting, BI, Analytics, and CRM solutions has revolutionized the way business is being done. In the process, it has brought tools once solely available to large corporations into the reach of businesses of all sizes. In short, it has never been a better time for the SMB in terms of the tools that have become accessible both financially and technically. While existing contact center information will be maintained, our focus is now on providing our readers with information, evaluations, and tutorials on solutions that are web-based, affordable, and scalable.

What Makes a Solution 'Accessible'?

sample

Affordable We will focus on solutions that provide a pricing structure that invites participation of the SMB.

Web Based While some solutions we will review may have (or interact with) components that are not entirely web based, hosted solutions are certainly a key criteria for keeping cost of ownership minimal and within the range of the SMB.

Scalable Solutions that are initially affordable, but leave little or no room for growth, are not real solutions. We will focus on those solutions which present a feasible point-of-entry for the SMB in terms of pricing, but are designed to be scaled for growth.

Please note that all of our articles, tutorials, and case studies are free and available to all readers and no registration is required.
